The free scan is always free

Uploading and scanning a citation costs nothing, and you are never charged for it. You may contact us by phone or email at no cost.

Paid document-preparation fees

When you choose a paid preparation service, you pay only for that selected service. The fee is collected via secure payment at the point you confirm your details and choose a service.

You may request a full refund of the preparation fee any time before your document-preparation work begins. Once preparation has begun, the fee is earned and non-refundable because of the work already performed to prepare and review your documents.

No outcome-based promises

We do not guarantee any court result, dismissal, or outcome. Court outcomes vary by court, judge, officer participation, and the facts of your case. For this reason, no element of our fee is contingent on any particular result, and we do not offer "money-back on dismissal" arrangements.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within a reasonable time. Fees paid to third parties (for example, court filing fees) are not refundable by us.
