The short version
We collect only what we need to prepare, review, and track your citation documents. We never sell your case files or uploaded sensitive case information. Citation photos, driver's-license information, and dates of birth are treated as sensitive and are encrypted in transit and protected at rest.
What we collect
- Ticket photo(s) you upload for scanning and document preparation.
- Driver's-license information and date of birth, when provided, to prepare accurate paperwork.
- Contact details such as name, email, phone, and optional mailing address.
- Case details such as citation number, court, violation code, dates, amounts, and notes.
- Supporting documents you choose to upload.
- Basic technical data needed to operate and secure the site.
How we use it
- To scan and review your citation and identify potential issues.
- To prepare and review the documents you request.
- To email you prepared documents, receipts, and case status.
- To comply with legal obligations and operate our business securely.
How we store and protect it
Ticket photos, driver's-license information, dates of birth, and supporting documents are stored in access-controlled storage. Access is restricted to staff who need it to prepare or review your case. Payments are handled by Stripe; we do not store your full card details.
Advertising, cookies, and analytics
We keep advertising separate from the customer case workflow. Google AdSense may be enabled only on designated informational pages such as Resources, FAQs, and courthouse guides. We do not intentionally load AdSense on the ticket scanner, intake form, checkout flow, case-tracking pages, or administrative tools.
Google and its advertising partners may use cookies, device identifiers, or similar technologies on pages where advertising is enabled. Ad behavior may vary based on region, consent choices, browser signals, and applicable settings.
- Sensitive case data is excluded from ad targeting. We do not provide uploaded ticket images, driver's-license numbers, dates of birth, case notes, case status, or payment details to Google AdSense for ad targeting.
- Privacy choices may be presented through Google or other consent/opt-out tools where required by applicable law or platform policy.

How long we keep it
We retain case records for as long as needed to provide the service and satisfy legal or record-keeping obligations, and for a reasonable period afterward. We delete personal data when it is no longer needed for these purposes.
Your rights
You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to applicable law. California residents may also have rights concerning certain sale, sharing, or targeted-advertising activities. Advertising cookies or identifiers can be treated as sharing or targeted advertising under some privacy laws even when no money changes hands.

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes are effective when posted on this page.
